LINDEN LANE FILMS

LAUNCHES NEW MODEL FOR FILM AND CONTENT PRODUCTION, UNITING PRESTIGE STORYTELLING, TOP GLOBAL CONTENT CREATORS, AND EMBEDDED AUDIENCE INFRASTRUCTURE

New entity combines independent film production, exclusive creator relationships with The Stokes Twins and Ben Azelart, and Trust ID–powered audience infrastructure that reshapes premium content distribution

Los Angeles, CA — February 25, 2026 — Linden Lane Films today announced the formal launch of its vertically integrated film and content company, designed to bridge prestige storytelling, creator-led entertainment, and a new, opt-in approach to audience connection and distribution.

Founded by filmmaker and actor Stephen Kunken, businessman and industry connector Morgan Rothschild, and global strategist David Baum, Linden Lane was created to address one of the entertainment industry’s most persistent challenges: how to develop ambitious, high-quality films and series while reducing reliance on traditional gatekeepers and increasingly inefficient distribution models.

At launch, Linden Lane operates across three tightly connected pillars:

  • Linden Lane Films, the prestige production arm focused on elevated feature films and long-form storytelling developed with established creative talent.
  • Linden Lane Labs: A creator-led content studio, built through exclusive relationships with some of the world’s largest digital creators, who collectively reach hundreds of millions of viewers per month and are expanding into premium, narrative-driven projects.
  • An opt-in audience and identity layer, powered by an exclusive partnership with Trust ID and Tracer Labs, enabling direct connection to verified, consenting audiences while supporting safer, more precise engagement for distribution partners and brands.

“The prevailing model has treated content like products on a supermarket shelf, where only the endcap gets visibility and everything else fights for scraps,” said Stephen Kunken, co-founder of Linden Lane. “That environment discourages creative risk and reduces audiences to passive consumers. With Linden Lane Films, we’re expanding what’s possible. By aligning premium filmmaking with creators who’ve built trust at scale, and by developing direct, sustained relationships with audiences, we’re creating room for more ambitious storytelling and a healthier path to market.”

Linden Lane Films kicks off with two films that power independent film making

The company has two films that are slated for production and release over the next 24 months. The first is from award-winning playwright and screenwriter Richard Nelson, previously announced J.D. Salinger film entitled THE RED HOUSE. The next comes from Peter Charles Melman and Stephen Kunken THE WIND UP.

“This is about creating new value, not just new content,” said Morgan Rothschild, co-founder. “When you combine premium storytelling, creators with real cultural gravity, and a direct, privacy-forward relationship with audiences, you fundamentally change the economics and risk profile of production.”

Linden Lane Labs inks The Stokes Twins and Ben Azelart to build a new path for content creators

The company launches with exclusive creator relationships, including the globally renowned Stokes Twins, whose flagship YouTube channel ranks among the largest in the world. With more than 140 million subscribers on a single channel, over 200 million followers across platforms, and more than 38 billion lifetime views, their global reach is extraordinary. Linden Lane will partner with these creators to develop premium, narrative-driven projects that move beyond short-form digital content into feature films and expansive long-form storytelling.

In addition, Linden Lane Films has reached an agreement with creator Ben Azelart, who reaches approximately 134 million subscribers across platforms and has generated over 18 billion lifetime views. Both of these agreements demonstrate the synergies between each organization, understanding the opportunities that can be achieved through adjacent channels.

New audience solution marries creators with verified fan communities

Linden Lane has also announced the launch of its audience intelligence platform, Reel-2-Real AI. Developed in partnership with Tracer Labs and Trust ID, the solution allows audiences to voluntarily authenticate and engage with content. Linden Lane can build verified fan communities around projects, providing distributors, financiers, and partners with greater confidence in audience demand and demographic alignment without reliance on third-party data brokers or opaque tracking systems.

Industry interest has been immediate. Linden Lane is currently in active discussions with major distributors, brands, and strategic partners, and has begun raising capital to support its initial slate and broader platform buildout.

Linden Lane’s initial slate and creator-led projects will be announced in the coming months.
